Welcome to cubewithali – Pakistan's speedcubing community. By using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using cubewithali, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post spam, offensive, or harmful content in chatrooms
• Impersonate other users
• Use the site for illegal activities
• Harass or bully other community members
• Post fake product reviews

4. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content (messages, reviews, etc.). However, by posting on cubewithali, you grant us permission to display, store, and share that content within the platform.

5. Products & Orders

• All products are sold directly by Ali (cubewithali)
• Prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
• Orders are processed via WhatsApp
• Stock availability is subject to change
• Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Privacy

We collect and store:

• Email address (for account login)
• Username (for display)
• Chat messages (public, visible to all users)
• Product reviews (public)

We do NOT store passwords (they are handled securely by Firebase), credit cards, or personal addresses. Your data is never sold to third parties.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your own account at any time from the account settings page.

8. Disclaimer

cubewithali is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any downtime or service interruptions
• Loss of data
• Third-party content or links
• Any damages arising from using the site

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
